Certified RETAIN Coach, Workplace Doula

Rosa is an experienced HR professional, multi-certified perinatal educator, and mom of two energetic children being raised in a bi-lingual, multi-generational, neurodiverse Korean American household. Throughout their career, Rosa’s work has focused on the vision to create more equitable work places for the historically marginalized.

Rosa has a 360-degree view of workplace dynamics, particularly around the critical transition period of expectant employees working with their employers into working parenthood. In addition to supporting several employers and dozens of expectant parents, Rosa has led hundreds of workshops to various audiences from homeless youth, blue collar construction employees, white coat medical professionals to c-suite executives and more.

As a coach, Rosa brings a unique background from various industries to bridge the gap between complex workplace compliance, deeply human life transitions, and intersectional lens. She guides corporate leaders through policy compliance with empathy to humanize the workplace and expectant employees through career transition to professional success and thrive personally too.

In addition to being a certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach, Rosa holds a School of Business bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and is a multi-certified faculty trainer with the Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA).
