Richelle Clayton is the mom of two boys and the founder of From Pregnant to Parent and No Perfect Parents. She built her coaching practice around a simple but often ignored distinction: sacrifice is normal part of parenting, self-abandonment is not—and most parents (especially mothers) were never taught the difference between the two.
Her own experience with postpartum depression, anxiety, and the quiet loss of identity that came with early motherhood shaped the way she coaches. She knows what it feels like to be functioning on the outside while feeling foggy, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself on the inside.
As a coach, Richelle blends direct, honest conversation with real strategy. She’s not interested in generic encouragement or a one-size-fits-all playbook. She helps clients name what’s actually going on beneath the surface, question the standards they’ve been measuring themselves against, and get honest about what they actually want, not what they think they *should* want.
Clients leave sessions with more clarity, more self-trust, and language for things they’ve felt but couldn’t quite explain. The goal isn’t to become a perfect parent. It’s to feel like a whole person again.
