Nicole Lenzen is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach, facilitator, and former innovation consultant. For 20+ years, she’s helped individuals, leaders, and teams navigate growth and transition across corporate, startup, nonprofit, and educational organizations.
As a solo mom by choice, Nicole brings firsthand experience of the complexity, joy, and life changes that accompany parenthood. She understands that parental leave is more than a logistical transition. Becoming a parent touches nearly every aspect of life, from identity and relationships to priorities and career. She partners with expecting parents, people leaders, and executives to develop approaches that support both thriving families and healthy workplaces.
Her coaching blends reflection with experimentation, helping people discover and practice new ways of thinking, leading, and working. Clients appreciate her ability to connect patterns across work and life, ask thoughtful questions, and create space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Whether she’s coaching an individual preparing for leave or supporting a manager or team, Nicole helps people move beyond feeling stuck or overwhelmed, approaching change with greater curiosity and a broader sense of what’s possible.
