Marny is a parental leave coach, executive coach and consultant, and a gender equity specialist with a background in law and academia. She has an interest in organizational culture and policy and loves working with clients through life transitions. At the core of her coaching practice is trust in a client’s vision and competencies; she works with clients to orient their lives toward strengths and values and navigate significant life changes.
She served as a CPLL Community and Cohort Liaison, helping to train RETAIN coaches, and has extensive experience running workshops and leadership training. She has coached clients in nonprofit, corporate, legal, and public organizations and has a passion for supporting POC and LGBTQ+ community members. She has personal experience with NICU stays and T1 diabetes care.
