Kelsey is a licensed clinical therapist, experienced mental health consultant and coach and fertility advocate. Throughout her career, Kelsey has focused on finding ways to not only support individuals, but to create support and change within larger systems for new and expecting parents. She understands the intricacies of every step of the story from the fertility journey to parental leave, postpartum and beyond. The saying “it takes a village” is at the forefront of her brain when supporting new parents and their employers to create a validating and judgment free space for collaboration and continued success for the individual and the system.

As a coach, Kelsey brings a balance of business focus with mental health informed longevity in mind for all parties involved. She guides clients to ask the hard questions, gain clarity, and find the balance with boundaries.

In addition to being a certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach, Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas and Texas and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health which helps inform her coaching and increase education to fill gaps in knowledge. Kelsey has lived and professional experience in the fertility journey which can bring its own set of support needs to clients and their employers. She is excited to help you navigate each step of the journey.
