As a working mother of two young children, Ciara understands firsthand the challenges of balancing career and caregiving and is passionate about helping families navigate that journey with greater confidence.
Before joining CPLL, she built her career across startups, established organizations, and freelance consulting, partnering with growing companies to strengthen people operations and employee experience. Ciara lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children, where they’re usually chasing their next outdoor adventure.
