Anna McKay is a sought-after PCC level (ICF certified) career transition and leadership coach with more than 17 years of experience coaching leaders globally from more than 20 countries and from a variety of industries including finance, tech, energy, healthcare, and consumer products.
She is the founder of Parents Pivot, a company focused on supporting parents through pivots at the intersection of work and life like returning to paid work, navigating parental leave, and leveling up their leadership as entrepreneurs or leaders within their organizations while leading as parents or caregivers at home.
Her coaching specialties include supporting leaders recently promoted and interested in leveling up their leadership, individuals with a desire to understand and overcome their inner critic (imposter syndrome) and perfectionism, and leaders and managers of leaders who are also parents navigating a return to paid work, parental leave or integrating work and caregiving responsibilities. She is always looking for opportunities to step out of her comfort zone, grow and evolve and loves to partner with her coaching clients to do the same.
Prior to becoming a coach, Anna worked in public accounting with Deloitte for ~10 years. She is the mom of 2 girls and currently lives with her family in Atlanta, GA after living in Houston, TX for 11 years and as an expat in the Philippines and China and in 5+ cities across the US.
