What if I’m already on leave or returned to work (or my direct report did)?

The RETAIN Coaching framework was designed to start in Phase 1: Preparing for Leave. However, it’s adaptable nature means we are also well-equipped to meet people where they are at any phase of their transition.



Is the content live or recorded?

It’s a combination of live events and bite-sized, self-paced learning modules – some video, some reading, etc. You have the option to go even deeper with our resource library and your complimentary copy of The Parental Leave Playbook. Or, get live support by purchasing 1:1 or group coaching.



How long will I have access to the materials?

Short answer: as long as you have an active membership!

Memberships are charged at a monthly rate. We do require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you’re welcome to cancel any time. That being said, we do offer a 14-day guaranteed refund period. If you get in there and it’s just not what you expected, we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked, if you cancel within two weeks of signing up.



Is live coaching included in the memberships?

The membership itself is self-paced with optional live events, live concierge support, and a live community to supplement your learning. Think of it as DIY Coaching.



Can I add live coaching?
